Allow Us To Introduce Ourselves
So to start things friendly we'd like to tell you a little about Kids On Holiday and who we "kids" are:
Kids on Holiday started in the summer of 2008 when Angel and Lauren both realized that their closets had begun to accumulate with clothes that had not seen the light of day for some time. After sorting what was to be donated, tossed, and kept: there became what we refer to as the "in between" pile. This of course being that category of clothes that are still in great condition and marked by our seal of approval but have surpassed their period of personal enjoyment . And that was when the idea of a consignment boutique came in. Having shopped ourselves at many online "swappers" such as Shop My Closet, we became partial to the idea of sharing. And as they say... your old things can be "another's lady's treasure"Generally everything we sell is highly discounted off it's original retail price and eventually we will also be offering reworked vintage.
Kids:

Kim is 18 and lives in Brooklyn and goes to Parsons School for Design. She likes fashion and literature and elephants and her favorite book is the Divine Comedy.
Lauren, 21, currently resides in Santa Cruz, CA where she studies film at a school where the mascot is a banana slug (that's right, a banana slug). Her favorite activities include learning what is cool from her 13 year old brother, picking up new languages, and going to the movies. If she were a youtube video she would be: this.
