As customary intro posts usually go, we unveil to you our basic FAQs concerning the purchase, shipping, and exchange of our precious items
PURCHASING:
Q: I see something I like, how do I make a purchase?
- Please email us at kidsonholidayblog@gmail.com to inquire about the item. Availability is determined on a first come first serve basis.
- Please include your name, item name and the item's brief description
- If payment is not received within 48 hours of relayed email confirmation, item will be released to the next buyer.
- We will ship the item as soon as payment is confirmed.
Q: What type of payment is accepted?
Paypal only. :)
Q: Is there a deadline for payment?
If payment is not received within 48 hours of relayed email confirmation, item will be released to the next buyer.
Q: How often do you list a new item?
Posting will generally be pretty sporadic; however if you would like to receive updates of our website please subscribe to our RSS feeds which is featured on the homepage.
SHIPPING:
Q: What mode of shipping do you use?
All packages are sent through U.S mail provided with a delivery confirmation. Please allow items to arrive in approximately 2 - 9 days. The rate of shipping is included in the price of the item (which is calculated by the weight of the item sent by U.S. domestic ground shipping)
Please contact us if you prefer a faster shipping method.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
Yes. If ordering from outside the U.S. please expect to be contacted with a shipping cost adjustment, which will be altered in the final invoice. Contact us if you prefer a more accurate international shipping quote, before you complete your order.
Q: What if my package is lost in the mail?
We use Paypal shipping which includes a package tracking feature.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Q: Does KOH take returns/exchange/refunds?
All sales are final, unless the quality/condition of item is misrepresented.
